Sonoma Green Metallic Car Wrap | Gloss Vinyl
💪 Hurry up! Only 8 left
Sonoma Green is a deep, glossy green built around fine metal flake. Park it in the shade and it reads as a rich forest green with a wet, polished shine. Roll it into direct sun and the flake wakes up, scattering tiny points of light across every panel so the color shifts as you walk around the car. It is the kind of green that looks calm at a glance and alive once the light hits it.
Because this is a color-change wrap, it lays a fresh metallic layer right over your existing panels. Your factory paint stays sealed underneath, protected from daily grit, light scuffs, and the small marks that come with everyday driving. When you want a change, the film comes off and the original paint is still there.

Key features
- Deep metallic sparkle: fine metal flake runs through the color layer, so the finish reads rich in the shade and glints with sparkle in direct sun.
- Glossy depth: a clear topcoat over the flake gives a wet, glossy shine with real depth, the same look factory metallic paint gets from flake in the basecoat.
- Air-release adhesive: built-in air channels push bubbles out, so the film lays flat and you can reposition as you work.
- Conforms to curves: the polymeric PVC stretches over mirrors, bumpers and body lines for a smooth, seamless wrap.
- Protects the paint underneath: the wrap takes the daily wear while your factory paint stays sealed and original.
- Removable: peels off cleanly later with heat, so you can change the look or go back to stock.

Frequently asked questions
What does the metallic flake actually do on Sonoma Green?
The flake is mixed into the green color layer, so it catches and bounces light. In bright sun the green sparkles and looks brighter, with a sense of depth you do not get from a flat color. In shade or indoors it settles into a deeper, richer green. That shift between bright and deep is the whole appeal of a metallic finish.
Is the surface textured or smooth?
It is smooth. The metal flake sits inside the color layer, not on top, so the gloss surface stays flat and even to the touch. You see the sparkle, but you do not feel any grit or grain when you run your hand over it.
Will wrapping hurt my paint, or does it protect it?
A proper wrap protects the paint. The Sonoma Green film covers your panels and takes the daily wear instead of your clear coat, shielding it from light scuffs, grit, and sun. As long as the factory paint is in good shape when you wrap, it stays sealed and clean underneath.
How is this different from a metallic green respray?
A real metallic-flake respray is expensive, takes your car off the road for a long time, and is hard to match or repair if it gets damaged. This wrap gives you a similar metallic look for far less, goes on faster, protects the paint you already have, and peels off when you want to change or sell. A respray is permanent. This is not.
How do I wash and care for it?
Hand wash with a gentle car shampoo and a soft mitt, then rinse and dry with a clean microfiber towel. Skip harsh solvents and stiff brushes. Avoid high-pressure water aimed straight at the edges. Keeping it clean and out of constant sun helps the gloss and the flake stay sharp. Garage-kept wraps hold their look longer, and with good care this film lasts for years.
Can I install it myself?
Many DIY installers do. The film uses a Henkel solvent-based acrylic air-release adhesive, so trapped bubbles can be pushed out to the edge as you squeegee, which makes flat panels much more forgiving. You can install dry or wet. Curves, mirrors, and bumpers take patience and heat, so take your time or split the bigger panels with a friend.
Does it come off cleanly later?
Yes. When you are ready for a change, the wrap is made to peel away. On healthy factory paint it lifts off without taking the finish with it. Warming the film with a heat source as you remove it helps it release clean and keeps any adhesive from being left behind.
How much film do I need for my car?
It depends on your vehicle size and how much you are covering. A small coupe needs far less than a large SUV or truck. The film comes in 30ft (9m) and 59ft (18m) roll lengths, so measure your panels first, add a margin for mistakes and wrapping around edges, then pick the length that fits your project.
