Meanwhile, you may care about our product warranty policy in our factory and it is our pleasure to introduce them to you in details as belowings.

1) We provide valid warranty for production defects according to technical characteristics mentioned in the actual product bulletin. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Our replacement policy in case of warranty incident lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

2) Products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in the material for 2 years after delivery(Films must be stored properly).
3)Adhesive Failure where large portions of glue are separating from material is fully covered by WRAPMASTER wraps and will be replaced under warranty. A photo reference and physical sample will be required. This is for installation process only, but the removal step is not warranted.
4) Surface failure where shrinkage of the material is deemed excessive (at the discretion of WRAPMASTER)will be replaced under warranty. (Photo reference required).
5) Full Surface failure where lamination is peeling from itself on most of the vehicle within 2 years will be replaced under warranty. (Photo reference required).

Different Shipping Methods.
Fast International Express: We use UPS, FedEx, TNT and DHL for deliveries. The standard shipping period is 7-9 days. All of our shipments will be likely to be spent time in the customs of the country where the shipment arrives. We cannot make sure any customs clearance estimates, but generally speaking, it takes 1-3 days by the local customs clearance. And any import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country and must be paid by the receiver side.

Sea Shipment We could deliver the goods on FOB or CNF or DDU terms as per your request. This way is much more economical, but the transit time is a bit longer.

Product durability
The product durability depends on the factors like film finish, climate, and vinyl care. Usually our vinyl durability could last 3 years outdoor and 5 years indoor under the proper usage.
