Metallic Soul Red PPF delivers a metallic finish with visible depth and flake that moves subtly with the light. It gives factory paint the kind of finish that turns heads in a parking lot, without the plasticky look of cheap film.

The color here does two jobs at once. This is color paint protection film, not vinyl, so the same layer that gives you the color also takes the hits. Rock chips, road grime, light scratches, bug splatter and wash swirls land on the film instead of your factory paint. You get the color you want, and the original paint stays sealed and safe underneath.

How long does Metallic Soul Red PPF last on a car?

With normal use and basic care you can expect 7 to 10 years of service, and it carries an 8-year warranty. The cashew topcoat and TPU base are built to hold that metallic red without cracking or peeling over time.
What is the difference between this colored PPF and a vinyl wrap?

Vinyl only decorates. It changes the color and stops there. Metallic Soul Red is paint protection film, so it gives you the metallic red finish and also takes the hits from rocks, grit, and bug acid that would otherwise chip your paint. One film does both jobs.
Does Metallic Soul Red PPF really self-heal?

Yes. The topcoat is self-healing, so light swirl marks and fine scratches from washing close up on their own. Warmth from the sun or a little hot water speeds it along, and the metallic red goes back to looking even and clean.
Will the red color fade in the sun?

The film blocks 95 to 98 percent of UV, which is what causes red tones to dull and shift over time. That UV shield keeps Metallic Soul Red deep and true for years instead of washing out into a tired pink.
Does this film come off cleanly later?

Yes. When you want a change or you are selling the car, Metallic Soul Red can be removed without damaging the factory paint underneath. The paint comes out sealed and protected, just as it went in.
How much film do I need to wrap my car?

The roll is 1.52m wide and comes in 3m, 6m, 9m, and 15m lengths. Smaller jobs like a hood, roof, or single panel work with the shorter rolls, and a full vehicle wrap may take more than one roll depending on its size. Measure your panels first, then add a little extra for trimming and wrap-around edges.
Can I install Metallic Soul Red PPF myself?

Plenty of DIYers do. It is a wet install, so you lay it down with slip solution and squeegee out the water, which gives you room to reposition before it sets. Large single panels like a hood are very doable at home. A full body wrap with tight curves is easier with a second set of hands or a pro.
Is the metallic finish glossy or matte?

Metallic Soul Red is a glossy finish with metallic flake in it, so it reads as a wet, deep red with sparkle in the light rather than a flat tone. The self-healing topcoat keeps that gloss looking fresh after washes.
