Copper is a warm penny-bronze with a low satin sheen and real metal flake worked into the color layer. In the shade it reads as a deep, grounded copper with a soft matte calm. Roll into direct sun and the heavy flake wakes up, throwing a fine bronze shimmer across every panel as the light moves with you. It is the glow of polished copper without the gloss, so the car looks rich and expensive but never mirror-shiny.
This is a color-change wrap, not paint. It lays a fresh copper skin over your factory finish and takes the daily hits of dust, light scuffs and weather so the paint underneath stays sealed and original. When you want a different look later, it comes off and your factory paint is still there.

Key features
- Heavy metal flake: a dense metal flake gives this satin finish a faint, upscale shimmer without the high gloss, for a deep textured look.
- Low-sheen satin surface: the muted finish reads premium and understated, somewhere between matte and gloss.
- Air-release adhesive: built-in air channels push bubbles out, so the film lays flat and you can reposition as you work.
- Conforms to curves: the polymeric PVC stretches over mirrors, bumpers and body lines for a smooth, seamless wrap.
- Protects the paint underneath: the wrap takes the daily wear while your factory paint stays sealed and original.
- Removable: peels off cleanly later with heat, so you can change the look or go back to stock.

Frequently asked questions
What does the metal flake do, and how does Copper look in sun versus shade?
The flake is fine metal mixed right into the copper color layer. In shade Copper settles into a deep, warm bronze with a soft satin calm. In direct sun the flake catches the light and sends a fine shimmer rolling across the panel as you move around the car. It is the depth of real copper without a glossy mirror shine.
Is the surface textured or smooth?
Smooth to the touch. The flake sits inside the color layer, not on top, so you feel a flat satin face while your eyes still pick up the sparkle. Running your hand over it feels like a low-sheen painted panel, not grit or grain.
Will this wrap damage my paint or actually protect it?
It protects it. The adhesive is made to bond for the long haul and lift away cleanly later, and while it is on, the Copper film takes the daily dust, light scuffs and sun that would otherwise land on your factory paint. The original finish stays sealed and untouched underneath.
How is a Copper wrap different from a custom metallic respray?
A real metallic-flake respray in copper is expensive, takes your car off the road for days, and is hard to color-match if you ever need a repair. This wrap gives you the same warm copper shimmer for far less, goes on much faster, keeps your factory paint intact, and peels off when you want a change. A respray is permanent and costly to undo.
How do I wash and care for a satin metallic wrap?
Hand wash only with a gentle car shampoo, a soft mitt and clean water, then pat dry with a microfiber towel. Never wax, polish or machine-buff a satin metallic wrap. Those create shiny spots and ruin the even low-sheen look. Skip automatic brush washes too. Rinse off bird droppings and bugs quickly so they do not sit on the film.
Can I install it myself with the air-release adhesive?
Yes. The Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive has air-release channels, so trapped bubbles push out to the edge instead of leaving lumps, which makes DIY much more forgiving. You can install dry or wet. Take your time on curves and bumpers, warm the film with a heat gun to shape it, and a second set of hands helps on big panels like the roof or hood.
Does it remove cleanly later?
When done right, yes. Warm the film with a heat gun and pull it back slowly at a low angle so it lifts in sheets. Because it shields the factory paint while it is on, the surface underneath comes back ready to go. Any light adhesive trace wipes off with a proper adhesive remover.
How much film do I need for my car?
Sedans usually take around 50 to 60 feet for a full wrap, larger SUVs and trucks more. The roll comes in 30ft (9m) and 59ft (18m) lengths. If you are only doing the hood, roof, mirrors or accents, a 30ft roll often covers it. When in doubt, size up a little so you have margin for mistakes and complex curves.
