Emerald Green Metallic is a deep jewel green with fine metal flake worked right into the color layer. In the shade it reads rich and dark, the kind of green that looks almost bottomless on the panel. Roll the car into the sun and the flake wakes up, throwing tiny points of light across the curves and giving the whole body that liquid, lit-from-within glow you only get from a true metallic finish.
This is a color-change wrap, so the gloss surface stays smooth and clean to the touch while the sparkle lives in the paint-like layer beneath. It goes on over your factory paint and shields it from sun, light scuffs, and the grime of daily driving. When you want a change later, it comes off and your original paint is still underneath.

Key features
- Deep metallic sparkle: fine metal flake runs through the color layer, so the finish reads rich in the shade and glints with sparkle in direct sun.
- Glossy depth: a clear topcoat over the flake gives a wet, glossy shine with real depth, the same look factory metallic paint gets from flake in the basecoat.
- Air-release adhesive: built-in air channels push bubbles out, so the film lays flat and you can reposition as you work.
- Conforms to curves: the polymeric PVC stretches over mirrors, bumpers and body lines for a smooth, seamless wrap.
- Protects the paint underneath: the wrap takes the daily wear while your factory paint stays sealed and original.
- Removable: peels off cleanly later with heat, so you can change the look or go back to stock.

Frequently asked questions
What does the metal flake actually do on Emerald Green?
The flake is mixed into the color layer, so it catches and scatters light. In low light the green looks deep and almost solid. Under direct sun the tiny flakes light up and add a sparkle and a sense of depth that a flat green wrap cannot match.
Does this Emerald Green wrap look different in sun versus shade?
Yes, and that shift is the whole point of a metallic. In shade it sits as a dark, rich emerald. In bright sun the flake fires up and the green turns brighter and more alive, with light dancing across every curve as you walk around the car.
Is the surface rough or smooth?
It is smooth. The flake lives inside the color layer, and the gloss face film on top is flat and slick to the touch. You get the sparkle of metallic with a clean glossy surface, not a gritty or textured feel.
Will wrapping hurt my paint, or does it protect it?
A proper wrap protects it. The film covers your factory paint and takes the daily hits from sun, dust, and light scuffs instead of the paint. On healthy factory paint it removes cleanly later and leaves the original finish underneath.
Why pick an Emerald Green wrap over a metallic respray?
A real metallic-flake respray is expensive, takes your car out of action for a while, and is hard to color match if you ever need a repair. This wrap gives you the same deep flake look for far less, goes on faster, protects the paint it covers, and peels off when you want a different look.
How do I wash and care for it?
Hand wash with a mild car shampoo and a soft mitt, then rinse and dry with a microfiber towel. Skip harsh solvents and stiff brushes. Keep it out of constant sun when you can, since a garage-kept wrap holds its gloss and flake longer. Cared for well, a metallic wrap lasts for years.
Can I install it myself?
Many DIY installers do. The Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive has air-release channels, so air slides out instead of trapping as bubbles, and you can work dry or wet. Take your time with heat on the curves. Large panels are easier with a second pair of hands.
How much film do I need for my car?
It comes in 30ft (9m) and 59ft (18m) roll lengths. A small car or partial job like a roof or hood can work from the shorter roll, while a full wrap on a sedan or SUV usually needs the longer length plus a little extra for mistakes and complex curves.
