Crystal Orange Gloss Car Wrap | Polymeric Vinyl
$150.00 USD
1.52*6m(5*20ft) / Orange

Crystal Orange is a clean, energetic orange with a deep wet-look gloss that catches light like fresh paint. It reads bright and bold in the sun and settles into a rich, candy-like glow under cover. This is the color that turns heads at a meet without trying too hard.

It is a real color wrap, not paint and not a film for rock chips. The gloss face goes over your existing panels and gives them a brand new look while taking the daily hits of dust, light scuffs, and washing instead of your factory paint. When you are ready for something different, it comes off and your original finish is still there underneath.

Key features

  • Painted-on gloss finish: a mirror-gloss topcoat gives the deep wet-paint shine without the cost of a respray.
  • Air-release adhesive: built-in air channels push bubbles out, so the film lays flat and you can reposition as you work.
  • Conforms to curves: the polymeric PVC stretches over mirrors, bumpers and body lines for a smooth, seamless wrap.
  • Protects the paint underneath: the wrap takes the daily wear while your factory paint stays sealed and original.
  • Removable: peels off cleanly later with heat, so you can change the look or go back to stock.
  • UV and weather resistant: the gloss topcoat holds up to sun and rain across a -30 to +140 degree range.
  • Easy to keep clean: wipes down and washes like paint, with no special care needed.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Crystal Orange gloss wrap last?

With normal care a gloss wrap like Crystal Orange holds its look for years. Cars that live in a garage or under cover keep that wet gloss longer because they get less sun and weather. Regular hand washing and a quick dry after rain go a long way. We do not quote a fixed number of years because real life depends on how and where you drive.

Will this wrap damage my paint or actually protect it?

It protects it. The Crystal Orange film sits on top of your factory paint and takes the daily dust, light scuffs, and wash marks instead of the paint itself. As long as your original finish is healthy and stuck down well, the wrap shields it and then peels away clean when you want it gone.

Crystal Orange gloss wrap or a full respray, which makes more sense?

A wrap usually wins for most people. Crystal Orange gives you that painted-on gloss for a lot less than spraying the car, it goes on faster, and it is reversible. A respray is permanent and can lower resale if a buyer wanted the original color. Wrap it, run it, and change your mind later with no regret.

How much film do I need for my car?

The roll is 1.52m wide, which is 5 feet, and comes in 6m, 18m, and 23m lengths. A small hatchback or a partial job like a roof and mirrors fits in the 6m roll. A full sedan or coupe usually lands around the 18m roll, and a larger SUV, truck, or a first timer who wants extra for mistakes is safer with the 23m roll. When in doubt, size up so you are not short mid panel.

Can I install Crystal Orange myself?

Yes, plenty of DIYers do. The film uses a Henkel air-release adhesive with channels in the glue, so trapped air pushes out to the edges instead of leaving bubbles. You can run a dry install or a wet install. Take your time on curves and recesses, use a little heat to set it, and the gloss lays down smooth.

Does it come off cleanly later?

It does. When you are ready for a new look, warm the Crystal Orange film with gentle heat and pull it back slowly at a low angle. On sound factory paint it lifts away without tearing, and any light adhesive left behind wipes off with adhesive remover. Your original finish stays put.

How do I wash and care for the gloss?

Treat it like nice paint. Hand wash with car shampoo and a soft mitt, rinse well, and dry with a clean microfiber so you do not leave water spots on the gloss. Skip harsh brush-style automatic washes and strong solvents. Clean off bird droppings, bugs, and fuel splashes quickly so they do not sit on the film.

Will the Crystal Orange gloss fade over time?

The gloss is built to hold its shine and color through sun and weather, and the film handles a wide temperature range from -30 to +140 C. Constant harsh sun with no cover will age any finish eventually, so a garage-kept car keeps that fresh Crystal Orange pop the longest. Good washing habits help it stay glossy too.
