Diamond Sunrise Gloss Vinyl Car Wrap
🎉 Free Shipping! Ready to ship
Diamond Sunrise is a gloss vinyl that moves through a gradient of deep amber and molten gold, packed with diamond micro-flakes that catch and scatter light at every angle. In direct sun the color ignites. Under shade or artificial light it settles into a rich, layered glow that looks nothing like ordinary paint.
Wrap it over your factory paint and you get that custom sunrise gradient effect without touching the original finish. The film sits between your paint and the everyday world, taking the scuffs and UV exposure, and it peels off clean whenever you are ready for something new.

Frequently asked questions
What does the Diamond Sunrise effect actually look like on a car?
The wrap lays down a gradient that moves from a deep, toasted amber at the base through a blazing molten gold toward the highlights. The diamond micro-flakes are embedded in the film, so as you walk around the car the flakes catch light from different directions and the whole surface appears to shift and pulse. In direct sunlight the effect is bold and fiery. In low or artificial light it settles into a rich, layered glow rather than going flat.
How does the color change in different lighting conditions?
The gradient reads differently depending on the light source. Full sun pulls out the gold tones and makes the diamond flakes sparkle hard. Overcast daylight softens everything into a warm copper haze. At night under streetlights or parking garage fluorescents the amber base comes forward and the flakes produce scattered pin-points of light across the panel. It is genuinely different at every hour of the day.
Will the wrap protect my paint?
Yes, in the everyday sense. The film acts as a barrier against minor abrasion, road grime, UV exposure, and light contact that would otherwise dull or scratch your factory paint. This is a cosmetic color-change wrap, not a protective vinyl film, so it will not stop stone chips or deep impacts. Think of it as shielding the paint from daily wear while completely changing the look.
How does Diamond Sunrise compare to getting a custom pearl or diamond paint effect?
A custom pearl or diamond gradient paint job requires a painter who stocks specialty flake and tinted bases, multiple clear coats, and hours of labor. The result is permanent and expensive to repair if something goes wrong. Diamond Sunrise delivers the same visual payoff as a specialty paint effect, costs a fraction of the price, and comes off cleanly when you want a change. If you decide to sell the car or try a different color, you are not locked in.
How do I wash and care for the Diamond Sunrise wrap?
Hand washing with a mild car shampoo and a soft microfibre mitt is the safest approach. The gloss finish is forgiving and tolerates a touchless automatic wash, but avoid harsh brushes and strong degreasers near the edges. The diamond flakes are sealed inside the film, so you do not need any special polish or wax to keep the effect alive. A quick rinse after dusty drives keeps the gradient looking sharp.
Can I install this myself?
Yes. The air-release adhesive channels let you reposition the film before it locks down, which makes solo installs much more forgiving. Both dry and wet install methods work, so you can choose whichever technique you are more comfortable with. Flat panels and simple curves are very manageable for a first-timer. Deep compound curves and tight door handles are harder and benefit from a heat gun and some practice on a smaller panel first.
Will it remove cleanly from my factory paint?
The film is designed to come off without leaving adhesive residue on paint that is in good, uncompromised condition. Clean factory paint, properly cured aftermarket paint, and older paint that is still fully bonded all release cleanly at room temperature with gentle, steady pulling. Very old paint, chips, or repainted sections that are already lifting are at higher risk, so check any fragile areas before you apply.
How much film do I need for a full car wrap?
A typical full wrap on a mid-size sedan or compact SUV uses roughly 50 to 60 linear feet of film. Larger SUVs, trucks, and vehicles with complex bodywork need more. It is always better to order a little extra so you can re-do a panel if needed. If you are only wrapping a hood, roof, or set of pillars, measure the surface area and add about 20 percent for overlap and trimming.
