Black Beehive Carbon Fiber Wrap | Matte Textured Vinyl
🎉 Free Shipping! Ready to ship
The Beehive Carbon Black wrap delivers a deep matte black finish with a repeating honeycomb cell pattern that reads as structured, industrial carbon fiber from any angle. Up close, each cell has a clean geometric edge; from a distance, the surface has a woven depth that flat matte films simply cannot match.
Built on a 90-micron polymeric PVC face film with a Henkel solvent-based air-release adhesive and a 75-micron PET plastic liner, this film lays flat, releases trapped air during installation, and holds its position on curved panels without lifting at the edges.
Key features
- Beehive honeycomb pattern: Bold hexagonal cell geometry pressed into the film surface for a textured carbon look that stands out from standard twill weave styles.
- Matte black finish: Low-gloss surface with no hot spots or reflections, keeping the pattern as the visual focal point.
- Polymeric PVC face film, 90 micron (3.7 to 4.1 mil total): Conformable enough for bumpers, mirrors, and A-pillars without splitting at creases.
- Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive, 1.6 mil: Micro air-release channels let you squeegee out bubbles during install. Repositionable before final activation.
- 75-micron PET plastic liner: Stiff liner keeps the film flat in storage and peels cleanly, leaving no adhesive residue on the face.
- Dry or wet install: Use a dry squeegee method for flat panels or a slip solution for complex curves and full hoods.

Wrapteck vinyl wrap have ROHS certificate, 6000sqm car vinyl wrpping plant with advanced modern equipment and brilliant development abilities.Environmental protection fabric, imported glue.
All of the fabrics adhere to EU RoHS regulations. Wrapteck automobile vinyl wrapping paper does not release any toxic chemicals or airborne harmful substances under normal conditions.
The imported glue with a 3 mil thickness is ideal for installation and repositioning, since it is slippery, movable, and leaves no residue.
Smart installation, saving labor and money.
Water cube and generous airway technology are used in Wrapteck vehicle packaging paper, which also features imported adhesive and is repositionable. In 4.5 hours,
we measured the average installation time of two installations (compared to 9-12 hours). Thin time films will lower your labor costs and increase your competitiveness.
Labor accounts for 80% of the average overall packaging cost.
140-160gsm backing paper with scale grid.
The design of the 140-160gsm backing paper makes it simple to store automotive packing, and it may be resold after a lengthy period of storage. It's simple to cut the scale grid. Your logo can be printed on any vinyl.
Firm Packaging.
To sell these automotive vinyl wrappers again, our box is made of a sturdy double wallpaper (K = K), which will ensure that the packaging is shipped correctly.

Frequently asked questions
What does the beehive pattern actually look like in person?
The pattern is a grid of uniform hexagonal cells pressed into the film surface. Each cell has a slightly recessed center and a raised edge, so the surface has a subtle three-dimensional quality under direct light. In shade or overcast conditions, it reads as a fine textured carbon black. Under direct sunlight, the geometry becomes more pronounced.
Does the texture feel physically raised when you run your hand over it?
Yes, lightly. The honeycomb cells are embossed into the face film, so you can feel the raised cell edges when you drag a finger across the surface. The relief is subtle, around the same depth as a fine leather grain, not a deep molded texture.
How does the beehive pattern compare to the classic twill and forged carbon options in the line?
Classic twill mimics the diagonal weave of real carbon fabric with fine interlocking lines. Forged carbon uses an irregular, chopped-strand pattern for a more aggressive, high-performance look. The beehive sits between them visually: more geometric and structured than forged, larger in cell scale than twill. It works well on builds that want a distinctive pattern without looking like stock carbon fiber.
Can I use this for a full car wrap, or is it better suited to panels only?
This film is conformable enough for full car wraps, including bumpers, side skirts, mirrors, and A-pillars. Very tight compound curves such as door handle recesses may require a heat gun to relax the film before forming. Most installers apply it section by section with standard techniques.
What is the best way to install a textured carbon film like this one?
For flat or gently curved panels, dry install with a felt-edge squeegee works well. For larger curved surfaces such as hoods and roofs, a small amount of slip solution helps position the film before you squeegee from center outward. Warm the film to around 40 degrees Celsius before stretching over compound curves. Avoid over-stretching the embossed texture or the cell pattern may distort.
Will it remove cleanly when I want to change the wrap?
Yes. The Henkel acrylic adhesive is designed to release from factory paint without leaving residue when removed properly. Heat the film to soften the adhesive, then peel at a low angle slowly. On paint older than ten years or previously resprayed panels, test a small corner first.
How do I clean and maintain a matte textured finish?
Use a pH-neutral car wash soap and a soft microfiber cloth or low-pressure rinse. Avoid rotary polishers, wax-based products, and solvent cleaners on the matte surface. For stubborn spots, isopropyl alcohol at 50 percent dilution applied gently works without dulling the finish. Keep the surface away from automated brush car washes.
Is this film compatible with a slip solution for wet install?
Yes. The PET liner peels away cleanly, and the adhesive side accepts a light soap-and-water slip solution without compromising bond strength once the solution evaporates and you apply final heat and pressure. Do not saturate the adhesive; use just enough solution to allow positioning.
