Tanager Blue Super Gloss Car Wrap | Polymeric Vinyl
💪 Hurry up! Only 8 left
Tanager Blue is a deep, saturated blue with a wet-look gloss that catches the light like fresh paint. It reads bold and clean in sun and settles into a darker, moody tone under cloud or at dusk, so the car never looks flat. This is the kind of blue that turns heads in a parking lot without shouting.
It is a real color wrap, not a sticker and not paint protection film. The gloss film lays over your factory paint to change the look completely while it shields that paint underneath from sun, light scuffs, and the grime of daily driving. When you want a new color later, or your original paint back, it comes off.

Key features
- Painted-on gloss finish: a mirror-gloss topcoat gives the deep wet-paint shine without the cost of a respray.
- Air-release adhesive: built-in air channels push bubbles out, so the film lays flat and you can reposition as you work.
- Conforms to curves: the polymeric PVC stretches over mirrors, bumpers and body lines for a smooth, seamless wrap.
- Protects the paint underneath: the wrap takes the daily wear while your factory paint stays sealed and original.
- Removable: peels off cleanly later with heat, so you can change the look or go back to stock.
- UV and weather resistant: the gloss topcoat holds up to sun and rain across a -30 to +140 degree range.
- Easy to keep clean: wipes down and washes like paint, with no special care needed.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a Tanager Blue gloss wrap last?
With normal care a gloss wrap like Tanager Blue holds up for years. The film is built for the outdoors and handles heat from -30 up to +140 C, so it takes daily sun and cold without trouble. A car that sleeps in a garage will keep that deep blue gloss looking fresh even longer, since less time baking in direct sun means slower wear.
Will the wrap damage my paint or actually protect it?
On factory paint in good shape, Tanager Blue protects more than it harms. The gloss film sits on top and takes the hits from sun, road film, and small scuffs instead of your clear coat. The Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive is made to release when you want it gone, so done right it lifts away clean and leaves the paint it was guarding underneath.
Is a gloss wrap better than a respray?
For most owners, yes. A Tanager Blue wrap costs less than a quality blue paint job, goes on faster, and you keep your original factory paint safe underneath. Best part, it is reversible. A respray is permanent and can hurt resale if the color is not for everyone. With a wrap you can go bold blue now and switch later.
How much film do I need for my car?
The film is 1.52m (5ft) wide and comes in 6m, 18m, and 23m lengths. A motorcycle, small panels, or a roof and mirrors usually fit in the 6m roll. A small to mid sedan generally needs around the 18m length for a full wrap. Larger cars, SUVs, and trucks, or anyone wanting extra for mistakes and complex curves, should go with 23m.
Can I install Tanager Blue myself?
Plenty of DIYers do. The air-release adhesive has channels that let trapped air escape, so you get far fewer bubbles than a basic sticker, and you can lift and reposition while you work. You can install dry or wet. Take your time on bumpers and mirrors, use heat on the curves, and a clean garage with a couple of hours of patience goes a long way.
Does the wrap remove cleanly later?
Yes. When you are ready for a change, warm the Tanager Blue film with heat and peel it back at a low angle. The acrylic adhesive is designed to come away from healthy factory paint without tearing up your clear coat. Any light residue wipes off with adhesive remover, leaving the original paint ready for the next color.
How do I wash and care for the gloss?
Treat it like nice paint. Hand wash with a soft mitt and a pH neutral car soap, then rinse and dry to keep that wet blue shine. Skip harsh brushes and stiff automatic washes that can scratch the gloss. Knock bird droppings, bugs, and fuel splashes off quickly so they do not sit on the film, and the color stays crisp.
Will the blue fade over time?
Tanager Blue is built to hold its color through real sun and weather, so it stays a deep, true blue far longer than a cheap film would. Like any finish, constant direct sun is the main thing that ages a color over the years. Park in shade or a garage when you can and give it regular washes, and the gloss keeps its punch.
