Tiffany Matte Car Wrap | Polymeric Vinyl

Tiffany is that soft robin-egg blue everyone turns to look at, now in a flat matte finish that kills the shine and lets the color do all the talking. There is no gloss bouncing off the panels, just a smooth chalky surface that reads clean and calm from every angle and in any light.
This is a polymeric PVC color wrap, not a paint job. It lays over your factory paint and shields it from sun, light scuffs, road grime and daily wear, so the body underneath stays in the same shape it left the showroom. When you are ready for a change, it comes back off and your original paint is still there waiting.

Key features
- Flat matte finish: a non-reflective topcoat gives the factory-flat, no-shine look that paint cannot match without a costly custom job.
- Hides minor flaws: the matte surface softens light, so it disguises small swirls and imperfections instead of spotlighting them like gloss does.
- Air-release adhesive: built-in air channels push bubbles out, so the film lays flat and you can reposition as you work.
- Conforms to curves: the polymeric PVC stretches over mirrors, bumpers and body lines for a smooth, seamless wrap.
- Protects the paint underneath: the wrap takes the daily wear while your factory paint stays sealed and original.
- Removable: peels off cleanly later with heat, so you can change the look or go back to stock.
- UV and weather resistant: the topcoat holds up to sun and rain across a -30 to +140 degree range.

Frequently asked questions
How long will a Tiffany matte wrap last?
With good care it holds its flat Tiffany blue for years. The biggest factor is where the car lives. A garage-kept wrap stays looking fresh far longer than one parked in full sun every day, since UV and heat are what age any film fastest. Wash it gently and keep it out of harsh sun when you can and this matte finish stays even and clean.
Will the wrap damage my paint, or actually protect it?
It protects it. The Tiffany film sits on top of your factory paint and takes the sun, light scratches and road grime so the paint underneath does not. As long as your existing paint is healthy and well stuck to the body when you wrap, it comes off later without harming it. Think of it as a removable shield in a color you actually want.
Tiffany matte wrap or a matte respray, which makes more sense?
A matte respray in this kind of blue is expensive, permanent and a nightmare to repair, because matte paint cannot be polished back without leaving shiny patches. A wrap gets you the same flat Tiffany look for a lot less, it is reversible, and if a panel ever gets damaged you redo that one section instead of repainting the whole car. It also keeps your original factory paint intact underneath.
How do I wash and care for a matte Tiffany wrap?
This is the one thing matte owners have to get right. Never wax, polish or machine-buff the film. Any of those will burn shiny spots into the flat surface and you cannot undo it. Hand wash only with a matte-safe soap, skip the automatic brush washes, and rinse well. If fuel splashes near the filler or a bird hits it, wipe it off quickly so it does not stain the matte finish.
Can I install this Tiffany wrap myself?
Yes, plenty of DIY installers do. The film uses a Henkel solvent-based acrylic air-release adhesive, so the glue channels let trapped air escape and you can lift and reposition as you work instead of fighting bubbles. You can run it dry or wet. Flat panels are very beginner friendly. Deep curves and recesses take patience and a bit of heat, so take your time or split the harder panels with a buddy.
Does the Tiffany wrap come off cleanly later?
It does. When you want a change, warm the film and peel it back slowly at an angle and it lifts away. Any light adhesive left behind wipes off with a proper adhesive remover. Your factory paint stays underneath in the same condition, which is exactly why a wrap beats committing to a permanent Tiffany paint job.
Will it stay flat matte or go shiny over time?
It stays matte as long as you treat it like matte. The finish only goes shiny where something rubs or polishes it, so the shiny spots people get are almost always from waxing, buffing or a brush car wash. Skip all of that, hand wash gently, and the Tiffany blue keeps its even flat look across every panel.
How much film do I need for my car?
The rolls are 1.52m wide (about 5ft) and come in 6m, 18m and 23m lengths. As a rough guide, a small car or a single-color full wrap usually needs around the 18m roll, and a larger SUV or truck leans toward 23m. For partial jobs like a roof, hood or mirrors, the 6m roll is usually plenty. Always order a little extra so you have material for the curves, mistakes and any future patch.
