Ultimate Flat Matte Car Wrap | Polymeric Vinyl
🎉 Free Shipping! Ready to ship
Ultimate Flat is exactly what the name says. A true flat matte finish that kills reflections and gives your car a stealth, blacked-out attitude no glossy paint can touch. In daylight it reads soft and even. No shine bounces back at you, just a clean dead-flat surface that makes the whole body look like one solid piece.
The wrap lays over your factory paint and takes the hits that daily driving throws at it. Road grime, light scuffs, sun and weather all land on the film instead of your clear coat. When you want the matte look gone, the vinyl peels away and the original paint is still there underneath, untouched.

Key features
- Flat matte finish: a non-reflective topcoat gives the factory-flat, no-shine look that paint cannot match without a costly custom job.
- Hides minor flaws: the matte surface softens light, so it disguises small swirls and imperfections instead of spotlighting them like gloss does.
- Air-release adhesive: built-in air channels push bubbles out, so the film lays flat and you can reposition as you work.
- Conforms to curves: the polymeric PVC stretches over mirrors, bumpers and body lines for a smooth, seamless wrap.
- Protects the paint underneath: the wrap takes the daily wear while your factory paint stays sealed and original.
- Removable: peels off cleanly later with heat, so you can change the look or go back to stock.
- UV and weather resistant: the topcoat holds up to sun and rain across a -30 to +140 degree range.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an Ultimate Flat wrap last?
With good care it holds its flat look for years. The film handles temperatures from -30 to +140 C, so it rides through summer heat and winter cold without trouble. A car that sleeps in a garage will keep that dead-flat finish longer than one parked under full sun every day. Wash it the right way and avoid harsh chemicals and it stays even and clean.
Will this wrap damage my paint or actually protect it?
It protects it. Ultimate Flat sits on top of your factory paint and takes the daily abuse instead. It catches the grime, the light scuffs and the sun while your clear coat stays sealed underneath. As long as your original paint is healthy and well stuck when you wrap it, the film guards it rather than harming it.
Ultimate Flat wrap or a matte respray, which makes more sense?
A matte paint job is one of the priciest and most painful finishes to own. Matte paint cannot be polished, so a single scratch often means repainting a whole panel. This wrap gives you the same flat stealth look for far less. It goes on faster and it peels off when you want a change. A respray is permanent and your factory paint is gone for good once it is sprayed over.
How do I wash and care for a matte wrap?
This is the one rule that matters most. Never wax, polish or machine-buff Ultimate Flat. Those create shiny spots and ruin the flat look the wrap is built for. Hand wash only with a soap made for matte finishes. Skip the automatic brush car washes. Rinse off fuel splashes, bird mess and bug splatter quickly before they sit and stain. Treat it gently and the matte stays uniform.
Can I install it myself?
Yes, plenty of DIY installers do. The film uses a Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive with air-release channels, so trapped bubbles push out to the edge instead of leaving lumps. You can run a dry or wet install. Flat panels like doors, the roof and the hood are very doable at home. Take your time on deep curves and bumpers, and a heat gun helps the matte film settle into the shape.
Does Ultimate Flat come off cleanly later?
It does. When you are ready for a change, warm the film and peel it back slowly at a low angle. On healthy factory paint it lifts away and leaves the original finish behind. Any light adhesive trace wipes off with a proper adhesive remover. That clean removal is the big reason people choose a wrap over a permanent matte respray.
Will it stay flat or eventually go shiny?
It stays flat as long as you care for it the matte way. The shine that scares matte owners almost always comes from waxing, polishing or buffing the film, which the matte surface should never see. Skip those, hand wash gently, and don't let dirt or grease bake on in the sun. Do that and Ultimate Flat keeps its even non-reflective look across the whole car.
How much film do I need for my car?
The film comes on rolls 1.52m (5ft) wide in 6m, 18m and 23m lengths. As a rough guide, a small car or a few panels works off the 6m roll, a full sedan or coupe usually lands around the 18m roll, and a large SUV, truck or van plus offcuts for mistakes is safer on the 23m roll. Buy a little extra so you have room to redo a panel if a cut goes wrong.
